Just like many have, I missed out on the New Horizons edition Switch -- this is me over compensating.

So instead of making another set of deskmats to match the color, customers have the option to get a dull colored mat that they didn't order or get nothing at all. After 5+ months of waiting and sticking with their delays. Well too late to implement a QC system now, not spending any more money on the key dot company.  What's to say they don't screw up again and just go oops here are two crap options you can choose from.

Just find the original photo of animal crossing image and do a custom order online. It will arrived within a week or two with much better quality and cheaper. Which is exactly what I did....

After knowing Infinikey is Wuming from Taobao, I am already disappointed with TKC at that point. Price it higher than ePBT but way worse quality....

I just got a notification to say that my order has been delivered. Can't wait to get home and take a look!

I opted for a refund on the deskmat. Didn't see the point in getting something that wouldn't match the caps and wouldn't want on display.

They preemptively printed labels, but it's likely that yours is still held up in customs and so they're waiting on that portion of the shipment still.

Yeah all TKC orders have been "shipped" (they must have printed the labels) since early Nov, but I heard are stuck in customs. I was hoping to get this in time for Xmas, but I'm not gonna hold my breath.

TKC have enough trouble shipping in the US, I can't imagine what you international folks have to go through.

Funny thing is I am in the US. They send their stock is stuck in customs and have been saying that for like the past 2 months. Meanwhile my other group buys from china came just fine.

No clue. 0 word from TKC. Still don't have it and assume it's 'stuck in customs'. I just don't get how I see other in the US already with the set. Of course there are ways to obtain it, but I already see US people selling it on /mm

The Key Company tweeted (https://twitter.com/TheKeyCompany/status/1350175472492060674) that they're investigating purchases that were potentially made by bots and cancelling them. They'll put those sets back up for sale at some point and will give at least one week's notice so people still have a chance!
