I have an RS II+ (68 key) and tonight, while using it, it just stopped working. I unplugged/replugged and tried it on a different computer and key presses aren't registered. The underlighting comes on, but nothing else works. I tried using my fn keys that operate the underlighting and they didn't work at all. My computer does recognize that the keyboard is connected and identifies it correctly in the keyboard settings panel.
I tried holding Esc to put it into the flash mode and that didn't work.
What should I check or do to recover functionality? Any help would be appreciated.
