In eSports, there is a little joke that North America pales in comparison to Asian countries so when you say, "Top 5 NA," the implication is that really it's not that great.
That being said, I would say that keyboard is top colorway SK (South Korea)

Man the Dolch alphas are so versatile I wish I could buy more of them on their own

This set is the only set that has all the printed keys I use (with the 1.25 "Ctrl" from EK)

Yet I don't think they (would) match too well with Dolch Alphas, probably much better with dye-subs / beige alphas etc.

The photo is also too dark
Would be great to see one with better lighting

Huh. Looks like he changed the opacity/layering of that colorway when he made the MX blanks. It looks quite a bit different from the topre fn set.

Hmmm ~ I've never owned any other kap from him other than a solid Wrapped for BS, but if I recall the Crystal Lake for Topre was definitely different from this Crystal Blue for MX. I believe they are supposed to be different design??? Both are beautiful though. I was so sad to see that Topre one in the past.

To everyone wondering about shipping notifications:

I did NOT get a shipping notification from billnye. I got a notification from USPS, because I am signed up for MyUSPS, which alerts me any time there is a package en route to my mailing address. The package that MyUSPS notified me about is coming from the same area where billnye is shipping from, so I assume it is these caps.

I did not sort any more sets over the weekend. I'm still trying to find a good system for placing all of the bags of caps around in a room. I don't have a room in my house that I can use to set up something like cody has, so I'm forced to lay out 50+ bags, sort for a few hours and then put all the bags back in the box. I don't mean to make excuses for my lack of progress, just giving a reason why it is taking me a lot longer to sort than CMYW did. I will be resuming sorting today and will have orders sent out tomorrow.
