Currently have the page back passworded. Apparently woocommerce doesn't know what "stock management" is, so some of the kits are up to -6 stock last I checked :/ I'll be working through orders to see if that's actually the case and see what the overall situation is.

Just got refunded too. Went in for grey kit and space bars. Had to order separately to make it work. Got refunded my grey kit which is the one I was really in need of the most.

Donut, I presume you're refunding in a fair way, ie. first come first serve, meaning those who ordered after the first "valid" orders were the ones who got refunded?

Anyhow, once I get the space bars whatever I don't need I am down to help folks with so if anyone wanted something from that kit go ahead and save my name (I'm the same on Reddit too) to ping me later.

Yes, I've been going by timestamp on when the order itself was created as the basis for which are refunded since that's the most fair way to go about it.

Side note that it will probably take a few days to get orders sorted out before they're ready to ship, particularly with the admin panel still being slow to respond in the aftermath of earlier.

Red samurai, yuri, and a few other coveted sets sold out like 1-2 seconds after it opened, leaving behind some ****tier sets. Not that big of a deal but kinda annoying.

So it would appear that I personally made a bit of an oversight concerning the ISO keys back when the set was being ordered. Several people at the time were complaining that none of the available R3 ISO keys in the set would match the rest of the set with sublegends. I talked with GMK about it, and given that the |\ key is the only one with a sublegend, I was given the choice to change one of the other R3 keys with that one for no change in set price. As I didn't realize that some ISO layouts actually use both of the keys, mostly because there are lots of sets that only give one or the other, I figured that would be the right choice to give those complaining the chance to use a wrong legend key to get the sublegend, and(incorrectly) thinking that "normal" ISO users would be unaffected by the change of keys. What compounded the issue was that, between dealing with the MOQ issues of the child kits and the largest number of invoice-dodgers in a buy I've run to date, I apparently never posted the updated mockup I was given that showed this change so no one else was made aware of the change.

I do sincerely apologize for these oversights and the effect they've had on those who have bought the set who needed the missing key. I will be getting in touch with GMK and seeing if there is any way that I can possibly get ahold of some of the missing key in order to send to the affected ISO users.

Sooo I assume nothing came of this then? Quite disappointing to be honest. Even if GMK couldn't do the extra keys some communication from you would have been nice, considering it's been 5 months...

Donutcat, no offence but you should not be involved with adding/removing keys from a keyset if you have no clue what keys are used for. Especially when you are not even the creator of the set.

And to top it all off... he doesn't even clear it up after being called out
