As far as novelty mice go, this is the one one (Mario) that I would ever pay money for, but I doubt it would be able to replace my Razer Copperhead.

The Mighty Mouse is nice, I have one at work - At home, I have the Razer Copperhead.

I didn't hate the Mighty Mouse as much as I thought I would.  It's not that bad as far as mice go.  I'll stick with my Trackman Marble though.

I have one at work because it works so well with InDesign. When I'm designing a page (at the newspaper I work at) the 360 degree scrolling is great. At home, though, I really don't need it.
