Question regarding "new replies to your posts"
« on: Thu, 04 September 2014, 09:42:34 »
How do we stop being notified to reply to threads that we are no longer following, I am notified of a number that I do not wish to follow? Ive tried clicking the "unwatch" tab in the threads but I am still notified of new posts

:help:

Check under Notifications in your user profile to see if they still appear there.

they do not.

I am not receiving email notifications, I am referring to the "show new replies to your posts" tab that is under the Geekhack banner.

I don't think you can stop following a topic once you reply to it.

Oh sorry I didn't catch that but like captn mentioned I think that isn't possible, I consider its a feature actually! You can mark them all as read if the list gets to long and start it over. Right now I've got 9 pages worth.

The link is for "NEW REPLIES TO YOUR POSTS". Your posts have not disappeared, therefore every post following yours technically falls into this category.

Perhaps a better option would be to have that follow only those posts that quoted your post? But I'd wager this forum software is not built to handle anything like that.

Its funny that Tapatalk actually has that feature when you use geekhack (although its not 100 percent reliable).
