I think someone should buy these. Metal construction alps boards, with nice alps caps, and yellow alps.
I got boards.

I know this type. You get hernias from carrying them around. And if I remember correctly the metal casing will ping nicely like a typewriter. Or maybe it is the sight of the L shaped enter key that has triggered the wrong memories. Whatever it is, I hope the buyer will clean up these boards, modernize them and post the refurbed photos for all to see.
Most of the modding can be done on your own once you break through the psychological barriers.

They've been trying to sell those for a while now.  Definitely cool boards, but I wouldn't pay $160 for the two, especially since the bottom one is broken.  I'd see if you can't get the two for $100 shipped.

I did sell my Zenith.

We aren't bidding on me. I'm very high maintenance. I require expensive trinkets or else I chew up your couches and shoes. And I eat....A LOT. I'm not worth it.

What on earth were they thinking with that oversized ]} key?

On the original XT-F I sort of get it... they did a rectangular ISO enter and there is a .25 key gap they had to swallow. But here, they're not bound to that layout.  There is no reason to have an off-sized ]} or that weirdly shaped enter.

Shipping isn’t too bad, but he’s not kidding about the expensive maintenance. You should RMA for a replacement ASAP.

That’s the charming part, along with the ridiculous enter key.

And the cute beep they make when you type on them!

On the 84 key model but the full sized one do it too:
