The current job market. It's like no one is hiring producers right now. Small indie studios use that infernal flat model and big studios want 6+ years of experience.

We have that as well, but it's still impossible to get anywhere at 2 am.

On a different note, I hate peanuts. I was wondering why I didn't like (that's an euphemism) peanut "butter"... well, it was because of peanuts.
