How much force do these need to actuate?

I want to do the swaps but looking for something around the 50cN area and hope this is the answer

are you saying you are swapping the inside pieces of the switches the little springs?

Probably feels like a black switch with crumbs in it.
Currently GMMK Pro: lubed 68g U4T, FR4 plate, extra gaskets, etc
