Signed up for a blank set. I am debating getting the black on black too, but I only have one TKL MX keyboard and getting two 104 sets would give me a lot of leftovers.

I ordered one too, but I was contemplating getting a black of black subdyed one. I didn't because I know I prob won't use both; I'd rather have pbt caps in another colour to mix and match.

The sets are fairly cheap as it is, so extra caps don't matter; but rather whether or not you'll even use the caps if they're both extremely similar. I wouldn't, unless it was a backup or a gift for someone.

Actually I do have a question.. Seeing how the spacebar is not compatible with leopold, anyone have any idea how it would look with the oem spacebar? I have thin pbt key caps now that I like, but these thick cherry profiles do sound great. I  guess I am just concerned of the height that my spacebar would be vs these cherry height keys.

I am using similar keys from GMK with the original spacebar from my FC660M. It matches up pretty well, maybe even too good. the space between the spacebar and the Alt is very narrow as the walls are pretty steep.
It might differ with yours though. And as for aesthetics, depends...

Exactly... it's ANSI 104 PBT set and that is currently all that is available here.
There will be an optional add on for color matching BLANK ABS from GMK to make the ANSI 104 PBT set more adaptable for other keyboards. Most of the keys in the add on pack will be things that are simply not available from the PBT keycap factory. When the ABS add on becomes available I will of course try to make that as clear as possible.

So all the keys in the addon-pack will be in ABS? Do they have any colour/texture samples to compare the ABS and PBT?

The main set will be from a factory in China(?) via Imsto and the add-ons from GMK in Germany as the Chinese(?) manufacturer doesn't have the moulds for all the keys desired.

And... impossible - dye sublimation only works with a darker colour than the keycap material.  You could etch and in-fill, but "silver" plastics generally don't look like silver, just a sort of pale grey.  A "silver" cold enamel (that's an epoxy polymer based paint) would probably give you the best silver colour, they're usually chromium particles suspended in a pale grey.

I want to echo everyones else statement and just say that you are a hero for organizing this. Im sure it is nothing if not tedious and frustrating most of the time.

Ivan explained earlier in the thread that new orders overwrite old orders. If you placed Order A for one blank set and then later placed Order B for a printed set, the only active order for your name is Order B for the printed set.
