2) About how much do you think it will cost in total to ship to the midwest? EDIT: Nevermind someone answered that, ~$65

A paypal account isn't strictly necessary as it will allow you to pay with credit/debit card without an account. I don't have a hard eta yet as it depends on the factory production schedule but it's safe to assume at least 6-8 weeks from when payment is made to production.

I'm from the UK so would only be interested if I could get the ISO mods with the set. Does "GMK standard: 33/400" mean that only 33 others have ordered the ISO mods and they're not going to be produced?

Definitely not able to get any of the other sets, only the standard sets (ANSI) are going to be produced since they're much closer to MOQ. Sorry :P

Hehehee... now is it above 256x256? It looks fine for me in Firefox 31 viewed at 1440p anyway. If it was me I would delete the background color box though.

it's 800x800 and clear backgrounds turn into solid black when used on GH.

what program are you using?

using adobe fire....something always worked for me when other programs failed.

How many orders left to be picked up?

This has been a slight test of patience but compared to Originative this wait for Cherry black on black is nothing.  I'm still debating getting one more set of dyesub to make dyesub Dolch....
