Absolutely beautiful shot of beautiful cap. I really wish I didn't miss out on this one. Being away from home has its disadvantages. Hopefully something that'll match HHKB grey on white model even better will come out :) AND hopefully, I won't miss it :P Lol.

I must post more photos when I get back home early next week :P

I was joking around and Bro Caps most likely already knows that I'll have toxic bros when that group buy is done. All your nominations are feeling like crushing guilt, an emotional burden that I don't think I can bear. I'm not worthy.

TIL that 3rd world is no longer meaningful since the Social Union collapsed and the rest of the world has basically agreed that 'Murica is best. Or something like that.

And on something completely different. I have a box waiting for me well multiple skittles may be here soon o: my tiny mind might explode upon seeing her/him/it

I would definitely say that;

MX = Female
Topre = Male

If you consider how they insert ;)

And what is BS?

You could say male, since the largest part of the cap inserts into a 'barrel'.

In that case we know what the top part of a two part BS keycap is!

On second thoughts, maybe not - it is on the wrong end :eek:

"Because keyboards are accessories to PC makers, they focus on minimizing the manufacturing costs. But that’s incorrect. It’s in HHKB’s slogan, but when America’s cowboys were in the middle of a trip and their horse died, they would leave the horse there. But even if they were in the middle of a desert, they would take their saddle with them. The horse was a consumable good, but the saddle was an interface that their bodies had gotten used to. In the same vein, PCs are consumable goods, while keyboards are important interfaces." - Eiiti Wada

Wouldn't it be the other way around? Mx has a stem, Topre is a hole. If anything Topre is the lesbian of switches because you're fitting two holes together (no it's not scissor switches.)

It really depends on if you are talking about the switches or keycaps though  :p
