I was making a serious face when I was asking that question. 
I don't speak for Bro, but I can all but guarantee that he is indeed making more caps (based on comments from him). It might not be scaled proportionately with the influx of new members thirsty for dem artisans, but he is making more.
There were never "enough to go around" though, so it was never a question of actually meeting demand anyway though. 
And I don't think he ever intentionally limited quantities of anything. IIRC, he released fewer of the designs that were either very difficult to cast or weren't complete in his eyes.
Correct, for the most part. There were some designs I didn't like (even though people liked them), that I decided not to make anymore. So those are limited by that fact alone.
Usually because as my sculpting ability improved, I didn't want to make a piece I wasn't happy with when I know I could do better.
In terms of production numbers, a very large amount of people make it into sales. You would really be surprised how many just don't ever post anything. I would say I am making
the most I possibly can on my own right now with the time and resources available to me.
