Thanks man! When they are MX and I want them to tilt like that I just take apart an MX switch and insert the cruciform part of the switch into the stem. Then it will lean at that angle supported by the stem if that makes sense. Then you just photoshop out the MX stem area. But the angle does complicate things a little bit. The hard part is getting the cap perfectly centered on whatever rotating device you have available.
