Am I correct in understanding that the keyswitches on the Poker II has the ability to add LED's and the PCB supports it?

Also is there an estimate on when these will ship?

yes the PCB supports LED but you should soldering it by your self.

I was told that you can just put the LED into the whole and it works. I am not good at soldering, more detail will provide after we see the product and open it.

Why are so many bothered about the LED issue? Do you really need LEDs on the KB? I can see it being useful if you use the KB in a dark room, I quite like the backlight on my MacBook Air but for my main computer, I can't see having LEDs would be useful. The FILCO I currently use as my main board doesn't even have a LED under the CAPS LOCK button, but it doesn't affect me.

Roll on the 15th I say... can't wait to get my POKER 2 after much searching. I just hope its not a disappointment.

From other people's experiences, how do BLUES compare to BROWNS? Are they really than noisy? Will the use of o-rings lessen the noise? I may consider using the POKER 2 on my travels but don't want to annoy those around me.

I've searched for comparison videos on YouTube but really can't hear a difference.

People want LED backlit because that is their personal preference. Some people game in the dark, some like the way it looks. Personally I'm both of those as well as like having the option there. If I don't feel like having LED backlit for a day or week. Just turn it off. There is also a group buy coming for keycaps designed for LEDs.

As for the difference in noise between blues and browns. Blues add an audible "click". That is all.

Updated new is it will arrive on 16, and it will take me about 3- 4 days to process all the orders. I have to run test for each one before ship it out. So looking to post it on 20 and most of you guys (from EU, North American and Asia) should get it before end of the month.

Some people are located in Brazil, Russia or other location will take long to arrive.

Again, I can't 100% until they posted out from Factory.

I have to limit the amount to 20 of each switches, MX blue is almost hit it. Please notice that sometimes people buy the item and have problem on check out, it will reduce the stock, but I will cancel unpaid item once a day or so, so the stock will reset to the correct amount. So, it is a chance that you find it out of stock but later it get back.

Has anyone figured out how to do combined shipping? I would also like to buy something else but I don't want to get charged another $10 for shipping. I found the separate listing he has in his shop for combined shipping, added it to my order, but it didn't change the shipping price.

I thought that was for a different purpose. For combined shipping I thought you ask him to quote a price for both items, then you add as many of the combined shipping 50 cent tokens to your cart to get your combined shipping to equal 1 item shipping + x number of combined shipping tokens. Idk if that's how it works on his site, but other sites have it that way (usually 1 cent per combined token)

For combine shipping, you have to email me, I will adjust the amount via PayPal, usually I send a invoice for the whole order.

The combine shipping token is only use for custom key caps.....

True, MX blue is out of stock, well, two people change blue to others, but I also sent few custom order with MX blue so it is out now.

Just to make it easier, I will close the group buy tonight at around 11:30 PM (GTM+9), and post a final list of orders and switches by ID, also I will list the people name that did no provide ID. Tomorrow(5-16) is the last date for you modify your order if you need switches change. If you need combine shipping, also left me know again by PM me on 16, we will work it out during the weekend.

I will start processing shipping data on 17 and finished it during weekend. If there is no delay on arriving of the product, then I will post it out on Monday.
