IBM typewriter font balls?
« on: Sun, 21 September 2014, 13:26:11 »
Hi all, I was given a box of old computer junk the other day and found a box of these IBM typewriter font balls? Also in the box was some typewriter ribbon. I don't no much about all these things and was wondering how much they would fetch? Can anyone help?
I have a qpad mk-80, that's about it...

Depends on the font and the pitch (size). Search IBM selectric [font] [pitch] balls on ebay to get an idea.

A WHOLE BOX

HOLY SHIIIIIT

I don't think they're worth more than like $25 in good condition though. They're mostly collectors items now.

typeballs usually go for a few dollars each. If you have a bunch, I might pick up a few for my selectric.

Rare ones can go for more.
