It would be nice to get some kind of update from OP. It's been 3 weeks since shipping invoicing started and I'm only seeing 4 boards shipped? Is the sheet out of date?

They emailed me for a phone number because their shipping company will not ship without one. But I haven't heard from them since.

I know everyone is eager to get invoiced, but honestly shipping prices will probably plummet after Christmas. A lot of cargo comes from overseas passenger flights that sell space in the cargo hold.

Right now shipping is very expensive because so many flights are grounded due to COVID and shipping capacity is saturated by the holiday.

I only received one shipping invoice. Didn't get the other one.
Odd too that 2 of my orders are not grouped together and I'm being invoiced twice for shipping.

Tried emailing, got no response after a week.

I’ve received an email from iNETT Studio detailing the remaining shipping cost which they’ve helpfully combined with my previous shipping invoice. You should be getting a response soon too.

Is there a discord for "inett studio" where they're providing more information/updates? I don't understand how a group buy runner (who has done group buys in the past) can provide zero update in almost a month on a thread which has daily questions.

yeah the wait is definitely annoying. if you're going to invoice me for shipping right in the middle of the holiday rush, i'd like to see it sent immediately. if you're gonna take forever to ship it i would rather you invoice me later so we can get a cheaper rate after christmas. paid my invoice weeks ago but still no word

I also can't find a way to turn on per key RGB in VIA. Nothing seems to work. Only the underglow works.

Actually, I figured it out. For anyone else with issues, just go to the VIA website and redownload the firmware for the SquareX and flash your PCB. Then the commands that are listed by INETT on page 1 works perfectly.

Put mine together but I'm still confused about how to turn off the backlight. RGB Toggle in VIA turns on and off the underglow LEDs, but I can't turn off the per key RGB. I tried the BL Toggle too and everything else possible in the QMK lighting tab, but nothing works. The lighting tab above save + load only has options for the underglow LEDS too. I also flashed the hot swap hex from the via website but still no luck...

edit: ah just read that it uses F16+ for lighting, missed that. its all good now! awesome board

Once updated, it will be changed to green shipped.

this is the first board that i've gotten that has LEDs underneath the spacebar stabs (i've only used hotswap per key RGB pcbs so far). I normally use upgradekeyboards's thick .5mm stab pads for dampening the stab downstroke but i'm a little worried about having the stab pads covering the LEDs and then also using the keyboards backlight on max brightness. they told me the stab pads are made of silcone which have high heat resistance, so the main concern would be maybe the LEDs themselves overheating. i would assume this is a problem that people using solder boards with per key rgb have probably dealt with before and am just wondering if anyones ever had any overheating LED issues. i'm willing to take the risk, but i dunno how easy it will be to get a replacement pcb in the future from inett studio in the worst case so im a little nervous

I'm in the same boat.

On Dec 7 they requested a phone number. I reached out on the 27th as I hadn't received a shipping invoice yet. A response was given to me the same day, "be patient".

There are only a small group of people who have not been sent a shipping invoice yet according to the Excel sheet linked by OP. Not sure what the hold up is but it hasn't seemed to change much in the past 2 weeks.

I just received mine; unfortunately it seems like one of the screws are overtightened from the factory and one of the screws caused a little cracking. It's not huge but you can see it a bit from the front. Should I email you guys to see what can be done?
