are they doubleshot or reverse dyesub? judging from the novelties my guess would be dyesub?

You are correct!

The intention for this set is to be glow in the dark. There are no renders depicting this as I want samples to speak for themselves and will be available shortly.
Interesting, will keep an eye on this one!

We are excited to have these samples in hand very soon!

All-in if this is doubleshot. Don't want anymore reverse dyesub.

See above, you will be disappointed. But the reasoning behind this is the freedom of design in the novelties, and projected lead times in comparison to any double-shot manu right now.

Like this. 40s as add on please.

Feedback for the full kit has been great, so there will be no add-on kit I'm afraid.

I Love Jellyfish! I am extremely interested in the first two Deskmats, and should they reach group buy will certainly pick up both.

I glad you like them! I have the samples in front of me right now and could not be more happy!

I won't comment on anything about originality, but if you want this colorway with doubleshots and aren't worried about novelties, I believe GMK Pulse is still in stock.

Hi Beesley, I like what you've done with the concept, and as per usual your renders are excellent. I have a few points of feedback for improvement, mainly on the kitting, that is intended to be both positive and constructive.

For the base kit, the initial kitting is overall very solid. However, terminal iso is not really needed when uk iso is available. This means you can very easily cut R3 1u pipe and R4 1u pipe. Two things that are preference-based: (1) the Esc legends (GMK style) look to be a tad bit too small, and (2) I would also encourage you to make shift and caps lock vertically centered to increase alignment consistency across the legends.

For the 40s kit, the initial kitting is again overall very solid. The main thing of note is that you seem to have attempted to include "mod quote" and "mod pipe" which are generally great inclusions! However, these keys are only requested when the mods and alphas don't share the same colors. Here, just make those keys alpha-colored. Otherwise, the only other things that stand out in this kit are the preference-based comments I made above.

Finally, I really like the novelty designs. I hope that the samples indicate that this relatively-unproven manu can make the reverse dyesub illustrations. I'll be keeping an eye on this one - if the samples look good and it glows in the dark well, I'm in. GLWIC :thumb:

Really nice novelties, love the theme. Colorway reminds of GMK Pulse but that's nice to have a PBT alternative.

Pulse is... a little more green shifted from what I can tell. this set seems a tough more cyan on black as opposed to a slightly more teal on black with pulse. They definitely share similar DNA though. Hopefully this designer has been in touch with the person behind pulse to make sure there wouldn't be any bad blood

This color scheme is really clean! :thumb: I'm loving the deep sea aesthetic of this set. I don't think I've seen a glow-in-the-dark set before; when you say that do you mean actual glow-in-the-dark plastic? If so, that's really neat! Looking forward to seeing pictures of the sample set.

GB Update:

In the interest of making sure everyone knows what they are buying and having samples ready before the GB to ensure there is no misleading with the quality of the GID we have made the decision to delay GB until 15th October while we iron out a few details in the manufacturing process

Update:

This is an indefinite delay. They have been more issues with manufacturing and are looking in to alternatives. Which may be a change to doubleshot and a complete novelty redesign. I will keep everyone updated but for now. GB date is TBD.

If there are any questions I'll be happy to answer them the best I can.

thank you for everyones support it means a lot!

The glow in the dark dye sub is going to be maximum underwhelming.

I would highly reconsider making these dual shot with the bio blue glow in the dark plastic.

The lights come from under the keys not above lol.

Close to being amazing and unique but will probably be very underwhelming with just dye sub.

This would be an INSTA purchase if they were dual shot.

I have no knowledge of glow in the dark application on keycaps, is it safe to use?
