LF: Premium, TKL, ISO, hotswap

Is there a keyboard out there that is a premium TKL with ISO hotswap PCB?
I know there's the Freebird TKL, but I don't regard that as premium.
I'm looking for something with brass weights and stuff, not just CNCd bricks of aluminium ...

Mill-Maxing might be the best option for you.
TGR Jane v2 ME has a hotswap PCB option but that's only available with ANSI.
