Good question! I'd imagine they would, but we'll have to wait for E's answer to be sure. Not a deal breaker for me either way as i very rarely use the LEDs on my E6.5.

I am experiencing two issues. First is that the keyboard doesn't show up as an HID Device in QMK Toolbox. Second is when I hit the reset or bootloader mode button on the bottom of the PCB nothing happens.

Any ideas what might be needed to fix these issues?

Just a heads up to anyone who bought one of the black replacement PCBs, they do not use the same hex files as the original yellow one & the new ones are not VIA compatible. It will show up in VIA & let you map the keys, but the PCB will not output keystrokes after that. Here are links to the proper json & hex file,

Also if you want to upload the json to remap it, you'll have to do it on https://kbfirmware.com/ (talk about a blast from the past! LOL) because that are not compatible with QMK configurator. Anyways, hopes this help someone avoid the stress I went through tonight thinking I could use the same jsons & hex files I made for the original yellow PCB.

Do you have to original yellow PCB or the new black one? With the new black new it will not show up as a HID device in QMK toolbox till you reset it. To reset it you have to short the two copper through hole pads directly above where it says reset since there is no reset button on the black PCBs. If it is the original yellow PCB (which does have a reset button if I am remembering correctly) then it may be a dud. In that case I would send Exclusive a DM on Discord or here (Discord has been the easiest place to get a hold of him IME). Anyways GL getting your PCB up & running man!

Hey, I wanted to hop on here to see if anyone is having the same issue that I am with this board.

I've got an ansi with no blockers. with the winkey. the right side of my spacebar has an  Alt and then a Ctrl key. The default config seems to have that right control key acting as an FN to access the layer with F row keys and other settings, but my right control key does nothing when pressing it with anything in switch hitter to test it.

I made a file where I added media control keys to that first layer as well--again with the right control acting as a momentary turn on for layer 1. I flashed the board with it, and it appeared to be successful as I didn't get any errors, but the right control key still seems to do nothing. Am I doing something wrong? This is my first time using QMK, but I followed the instructions from Mechmerlin's video series.

This might be something simple you overlooked, but I would double check to see that the pins of that switch didn't actually get bent and not making contact on the pcb - that would be a simple cause for those issues you're experiencing.
