Will the half plate poly cause switch to hit the bottom case when typing? I heard this issue from some Polaris users.
Just two quick questions. In one of the closer photos showing plate in the case, the left side looks bent upwards. Is that normal? And will the PCB have flex cuts and if so with the half plate, will the case have room to flex and not bottom out?

There are flex cuts on PCB.
