Thanks for letting us know Bunny.  Hopefully I get the Traditional MX and Gold Topre I requested since I'm still stuck on processing and was an early submitter.

About 6 hours late to this and almost killed myself if I missed this since I've been waking up early in the morning since yesterday waiting for it.

Luckily I got in and was able to buy all of them in Topre.

Thanks Bunny!

Thanks Bunny!

I didn't realize this was a group buy until too late, I thought it was first come first serve so I didn't want to risk not getting one cap by trying to get two, now that it seems possible, I sent you a PM with my order number and I was wondering if I could add an extra cap to it. Talk to you in the morning!

Paid and received the email confirmation!  ;D

BTW, I'm not sure if it's okay to ask this here, but I gonna ask anyway.
The traditional Cherokee, are all the different colors molded, or painted?

Yet I ended butthurt again... tried 4-5 times to get one, I am a poor man and can afford only one, but every time got an generic at the end. Anyway doesn't matter, I had a nice Sunday with my family and that was better :)

Messed up my order(s) by being cursory and messaged Bunny/support about it. Sorry about the hassle.

I must say this method is fine and the caps look great. Especially the OG Cherokee.

Have you checked to see if it shows in your order history? I have had this issue before while joining group buys, and it will show up in my orders even though it still shows processing.

It shows in my order history and just says processing, I'm going to guess I have it even if it fails to pay for whatever reason but this is the first time paying for anything on CTRL ALT via stripe I think :X Only thing that bothers me currently is I have no gotten a email to say I ordered anything which really bothers me :X Also I tried contacting them but waiting on a reply :X

Welp, looks like I'm not getting in.  I keep getting "an error has occurred" the multiple times I've tried to pay.

I think everyone gets that, you're ok.

Can not get my payment to go through, when i try to pay the screen just goes white. I have the orders in my history ( I tried twice) but they are listed as unpaid. I guess I am not getting one this time.

If I would've known the GB takes that long and people are having this kind of problem I would have offered including their order in mine.

Good luck to all of you experiencing the processing thing.

I'm in the "an error has occured" boat. I know for sure my card is Stripe friendly because I have used it for the GMK HyperFuse GB. I think I've made 3-4 attempts, with the same error.

Yes, but someone who ordered after me said they got things worked out with you by PM as part of that batch.  I would assume that I would get notification at the same time as them since I got mine in before them bunny.

As long as I'm in, I'm happy, I was just surprised to not get anything when they did.

Just wanted to say, when I placed my order (about an hour after it opened) everything went smooth. I was able to checkout without issue and my order was marked as paid almost immediately. Thanks for all the work you guys do, CtrlAlt team. It is much appreciated!

believe me, this was the experience 99% of users had

its just the vocal minority that had some issues, most of the time this is down to the card issuer but occasionally it can just be down to traffic or some random anomaly i guess

some card issuers are like this

that isnt because of stripe itself

but because the payment is in dollars but going to an account in pounds, for some reason card issuers dont like this, and itll either cause the order not to go through in rare cases, or in some cases make it so you have to approve the payment through fraud prevention

the fix for this issue, is to charge in pounds rather than dollars, however i felt this would put more people off than the current way, which effects a very small amount of users

the other issue in charging in pounds, is that some card issuers will charge the buyer and international payment fee, which isnt the case if i charge in dollars

I've no issue with stripe at all. I just wondered if that was an issue you've been facing. Obviously, you have everything under control!

Cheers!

I sent a message through Ctrl-Alt's support system regarding changing my order. Should I do a PM instead, or does it not matter? Thanks bunny!

Hi there. Is there any chance for me to order those cool keycaps now? I can't buy on your Ctrl-alt website cause it said the items unavailable. Thanks!

The sale is probably over. IIRC there were only a limited number of orders accepted.

suppose it's not really my business but as a curious and uninvolved third party, what is the rationale behind this as a matter of policy?
