learning proper typing?
« on: Tue, 21 April 2015, 17:16:05 »
I have been typing for years. I write essays daily and play fast paced multiplayer games that require very quick concise blasts of words.  I can type pretty quickly, though I have never measured that.  But! it is absolutely not correct typing and it is highly inaccurate.  I usually have to run through all my papers afterwords and spell check virtually the entire papers. Primarily, my index and middle fingers get about 80% of the action, and 20% of the action is divided between the ring, pink and thumb.  I would like to learn to touch type and actually use my pinkies to press keys as well as learning to type accurately.

What do you guys recommend in terms of reteaching myself how to type properly?
