A while ago I was looking for a picture of a KMAC on google image search.  I happened to stumble across this strapping young man, and couldn't stop lol'ing (filename was kmac.gif):

I actually found that looking for an image to illustrate the "black and yellow" discussion elsewhere.

That image did not seem appropriate for the other thread (a cat sufficed), but seemed to fit here.

(...)Whereas back then I wrote about the tyranny of the majority, today I'd combine that with the tyranny of the minorities. These days, you have to be careful of both. They both want to control you. The first group, by making you do the same thing over and over again. The second group is indicated by the letters I get from the Vassar girls who want me to put more women's lib in The Martian Chronicles, or from blacks who want more black people in Dandelion Wine.
I say to both bunches, Whether you're a majority or minority, bug off! To hell with anybody who wants to tell me what to write. Their society breaks down into subsections of minorities who then, in effect, burn books by banning them. All this political correctness that's rampant on campuses is b.s.

I've thought about it, but I'm going to wait. I love books, but GoT books are sooooo looooooooong. Also, Dexter starts in June this year :D

Edit - Well third book is ~1200 pages, so next season would only be ~600 pages and that's not too bad. Go for it :)

I wonder how far they are into the books. Maybe I will just pick up from where they left off.

I also stopped watching Dexter about half way through second season; I should really pick up on that one again too.

:( I usually watch GoT on Monday or Tuesday nights with a bunch of friends who come over but I happen to have watched this one the night of so I didn't have to worry about spoilers. Crazy because this episode was the one that caused the crazies online with spoilers. I don't surf reddit so I'm usually safe of spoilers but this episode had spoilers everywhere.
