Will the majority of the keys fit onto a choc mini?

and does anyone know which keys will NOT fit?

The majority will fit yes, but quite a few won't. Take a look at this keycap compatibility chart from WASD keyboards here: http://www.wasdkeyboards.com/keycap-compatibility

Scroll down to the Choc Mini. For the yellow keys, you will have to use some of the extra keycaps in those places (such as from the number pad). For the red keys nothing will fit from this set.

Is it possible to have pink keycaps only ?

Would shipping keycaps + http://geekhack.org/index.php?topic=38029.0 together be possible ? (Cheaper shipping)

I assume still for the same amount of time that the OP says, "I'll stop taking orders on January 15th, 2013" or for the white, whenever they sell out.

I aint hating, it's just that when I get a set of PBT caps, they should last long, so I prefer to be sure to like them like 100%.

This font is ok to me, but that's my opinion. Some will like, some will like less, like with everything.

Since the price is super nice, well they are still very tempting even if they would not be my #1 choice.

So for now ill wait a lil and see if I go for a set or not.

I agree.  The font is better than some OEM keycaps and IMHO the PBT is better than all OEM ABS keycaps.

If you have any CM keyboard, there is no way to go but up with these!

Looks good on your keyboard. In fact, it's only the size of the font on the modifiers that still seems a tad small. Still looks great :)

Can anyone tell me how different they feel compared to thin PBT's on a MX blue keyboard? Does it dull/soften the tactile feedback? Softer bottoming out? Planning to put these on my MX greens (has thin PBT's) but I'm scared they might dull out the tactile feedback. If it doesn't lesson the tactile experience, definitely plan on ordering a set :P Been on this thread for the past half week... thinking either white set or WYSE set.

I don't feel it dulls them, but I find they feel nicer on blues than thin PBT.

I see, I guess I'll order myself a set. I guess I'll go with a white set! Thanks!

Hahaha! Saw that myself and I was actually going to make a comment about it but decided not to! :P

In the case I don't like these, the resell value should be pretty strong, no? Should've just pulled the trigger on these last week so I can already have them :( Now I'll have to wait until next week to get them *sigh*

Just a little little bit different compares to my KBC pbt.
I expect would be heavier but it's not. Because of the short Cherry profile?
Is there any OEM profile thick pbt available somewhere? I would like to try & learn more :))

You find someplace that has thick PBT OEM profile keycaps, and they can :shutupandtakemymoney:.

How many white sets are left? Might make my decision a little bit easier.

I'm trying to decide between all white, all grey, or rainbow. This decision shouldn't be this tough! That rainbow set would be so awesome to use every now and then when I'm in one of those "I don't care what you think" moods. :p

I had this same doubt. I ordered a two-tone set and then a White one.

Then I changed my order from White to full Grey simply because, let's be honest here, a grey dyesub set is much harder to find than a white one, and probably more expensive.

When this GB ends, white dyesubs will always be easier to find than grey ones.

It's also always easier to find regular PBT white sets than grey ones. White is always the easiest and most common.

Good point. I think I'm leaning towards a set of the all greys right now. If I miss out on the white ones, then no biggie because as you've pointed out, I'll have plenty of opportunities to get a white set whether its in this group buy or on the classifieds. I'm assuming classified value for a set of whites like this will be around that price? Because it is mainly the price that makes the white set so enticing.

If the rainbows are still around, I'll probably pick up a set of those! The only thing I can think of to make them perfect was to make them a little bolder on the colors. But regardless, they do look awesome.

EDIT: Payment sent and form filled out for all grey keycaps! Hurray for purchases while you're barely awake. Sorry feng for making it two different transactions to add the 3.5% for the fee! I hope it doesn't confuse you. :p

When do you think these will be shipped out by just so I can have an accurate time frame to expect them?

These look very similar to the Filco keycaps in terms of the font is that true?  I don't why people are hating on the font.  I love smaller fonts with the slight italicized look.  I believe Filco uses Futura as their font.  Would the seller know exactly what kind of Font these keycaps use?

Are these the same font at Filco Majestouch 2?  Random question what type of keycaps does Ducky and Filcos come with?  What brand of keyboards use PBT as their stock keycaps?
Some Ducky keyboards come with PBT. Some Leopold keyboards come with PBT. White Noppoo Choc Mini's come with PBT. Some other brands like Keycool may sometimes come with PBT, mainly the white keyboard I think? Filco only use ABS I think.

Just placed an order for a set of Grey/Whites.  Payment was sent and form was completed please check.  My first set of PBTs!  So excited can't wait.

I thought people loved Filcos on Geek Hack hence being very fond of the font, which I believe is futura.  Can anyone confirm this?  Why are people hating on the font and preferring helvetica.  I wish someone would start a group sale with comic sans just to see people's reaction.

Are these considered the best type of keycaps?  I'm not talking about the brand just the type of keycaps in general?  If these aren't considered the best what are considered to be the best?  I heard something about double shot keycaps how much a set of those do they usually go for?

The only thing I can think of when looking at fonts is you can't really mix and match these with any other set of keycaps. and unless I'm blind or the Ninja side print caps are a different font, I don't think the font on this set looks anything like the Filco ones. Then again its 2:30AM and very dark here. lol

Just placed an order for a set of Grey/Whites.  Payment was sent and form was completed please check.  My first set of PBTs!  So excited can't wait.

My first set as well.

I thought people loved Filcos on Geek Hack hence being very fond of the font, which I believe is futura.  Can anyone confirm this?  Why are people hating on the font and preferring helvetica.  I wish someone would start a group sale with comic sans just to see people's reaction.

The only thing I can think of when looking at fonts is you can't really mix and match these with any other set of keycaps. and unless I'm blind or the Ninja side print caps are a different font, I don't think the font on this set looks anything like the Filco ones. Then again its 2:30AM and very dark here. lol

Can anyone see the picture that I posted that is above this post?  I can't see it but I know the link isn't broken because when I click on the picture it goes to the site and properly load the picture.

I see no picture, but you also might want to start using edit instead of posting 4 posts in a row.
KBC Poker - Red switches. Noppoo Choc Mini - Black switches. Leopold FC700R (White) - Blue switches. Ducky YOTD - Brown switches. Razer BW - Blue switches and rusted.

This group buy's set looks much more italicized IMO.

And I was also lurking on another feng group buy in which he stated he would be shipping out that group buy's item when he returns to the US after Winter break. Assuming he goes to school here, we should probably be hearing something from him in the next week or so. He also just posted a group buy tonight. So since he's managing so many group buys, while being on vacation, I can see why he's not able to give you guys a timely response. Let's just hope he doesn't get swamped with school when he gets back. :p

Now that you mention it you are right.  I wish I had never mentioned this or discussed this because now I will see a big difference every time I see those keycaps.   I spoke to him.  H e said he will back the 14th and will shipping them back soon as he gets back.

I'm very interested in buying a set, just one thing got my attention:

I think the legend for the "\ |"- Keycap is wrong. On my Poker it is "\ |".

Can somebody help me?

Hah, you're right. They have the legend flipped. Ah well you get what you pay for I suppose.

Yeah, but for me that's a reason not to buy this set :)
