Well I'm still waiting on my squirrels. The key to a happy GB here is to forget what you've ordered, and then it's a pleasant surprise when it shows up! Only thing is, I can't forget... Refunds take a few days to show up, at least on my credit card.

He's the one dealing with kbt, who is known to have communication and delay issues.

By seeing how well he handled the niqmod GB, I doubt he is the source of the delay. I'd bet KBT has messed up.

Regardless of whether credit cards were used, payments were made using PayPal. Therefore, refunds will also go through PayPal and should show up instantly. I'm still waiting for mine.

For the 7bit switch GB it took a few months before my payments were confirmed. 2 weeks is nothing, but I can understand your frustration. Rest assured you WILL get your refund before this GB is over.

Marc is currently in talks with Vortex to see if the skulls really ARE cancelled which is why the refund is taking longer then expected. He just wants to make sure that due to the small amount that Vortex will not produce them, but one way or another you will either get your full order, or a refund for the skulls.
