So I harvested some switches off a board. The board was old and had been left out in the weather a bit getting dirt etc into the board.
I was wondering the best way to clean them.
I was thinking of taking them apart and dumping some methylated spirits onto the housing.
Yes, I know this is a lot of work but I am having fun doing it and learning about keebs

Why though?
If they're that trashed what's the point?
What switches are they?
I mean if they've literally been out in the weather you might as well run them through the dishwasher.
Switches are so cheap and easy to get nowadays doesn't seem worth it.
