International Shipping Question

I was just wondering if USPS offers any shipping method besides Express Mail that offers tracking for international shipping? Does anyone have any experience with DHL, FedEx, UPS? Are they usually more expensive then compared to USPS? I am looking to ship out some key caps and was hoping that I could find a cheaper international shipping method that provides a tracking number. Any help will greatly be appreciated. Thanks.

I have no idea if i am saying anything useful.. but when i order stuff online i usually choose EMS or Special lines for shipping... They both have tracking.

Usps will be the cheapest. Avoid flat rate.
