We are proud to finally announce the groupbuy for this set! TMT Story is a keycap set inspired by Japanese Literatures.
To represent the original inspiration, this keyset uses unique customized Mincho明朝 Hiragana frequently used by Japanese literature publishers.
We are partnering with zFrontier to debut their Tomatocaps(TMT) line of PBT Cherry profile keycaps! Check out more of the details here

I like the monogatari theme set but was hoping the pricing to be 79 or maybe even 89 for the basekit given that this is a brand new manufacturer. Also 6months seems a bit long given that this is their first keycap set. I understand how other companies have like 8months to 1.5 year wait times given that they have multiple keysets lined up to be manufactured. Just my personal opinion.

Set looks amazing, great price, estimated shipment in Q1 '22?? I mean thats an easy sell lol. Love Monogataris (Translator's note : Monogatari means story)

Hoping to perhaps jump in towards the end if finances allow, but best of luck with the GB !

The base kit is made to support as many common layout as possible.
Unfortunately in order to support the full JIS layout, we have 172 keys in just the base kit, including 5 spacebars. We will also need to fund an entire new mold to create the 4.5u spacebar. This pricing is made with minimum margin. The new mold will also be the part which will take up the most manufacturing time, which will of course, still be shorter than other manufacturers. This is also done with stricter QC than most other new PBT manufacturer too, all of these contribute to needing slightly more lead time and pricing.
