Swagkeys (a South Korean vendor) has a ready-to-ship Hangul full base kit for their "Geekart BOW PBT Keycaps" (cherry profile); I recently purchased them (around $53 USD for the kit itself, shipping adds another $25 for around $78 USD). Legends are super clean and the keycaps are smooth (no subtle grip that comes with other PBT keycaps I've tried, personal preference whether one likes that or not).
Cannon Keys (a US vendor) will be releasing a "NicePBT Green Hangul" kit in the next couple weeks (according to their most recent blog post announcing their upcoming NicePBT sets). They also announced in the post that if you've bought into a yet-unfulfilled GMK group-buy on their website and they end up releasing a NicePBT version, they will offer a full refund for your GMK group-buy purchase if you buy the NicePBT version instead (as they are collaborating with the original keycap designers).
