Any word on what colors will be available? I'm trying to think of how to make it look distinct in my collection.

There's a list of the colours that will be made available as well as a render of two red cases turned on their side which show the bottom case design in the OP.

Really dope Wilba, with the zeal60 supporting iso, any chance of a separate ISO plate? Or just a modded ISO plate file. So we can make lovely ISO plates for it? :)

I'm planning on only one plate design with minimal "options" to please the most people and optimizing the number of different "parts" to keep the cost down.

The plate files will be available for people to make their own. I might even make an ISO version just for you ;D

This design has such a strong emphasis on the horizontal I think it would look great as a 65% or with a numpad, or vertical function keys on a side. Still interested in the 60% version though, please include some renders with that layout.

No.

From the OP:

Quote
  • Case Top Options: HHKB Blockers, No Blockers
    [...]
  • Plate Layout: Single mostly fixed layout design, with fixed 7U bottom row (i.e. HHKB and WKL), fixed split right-shift, optional 2U/split backspace, optional stepped/full Caps Lock

Yes. Both methods are plate mounting systems. Different concept and approach to how the plate is mounted.

Btw, congrats on the Jamon GB! It’s a pity we didn’t push to 1000 sets! But it’s good results!

Ah, the pretty pictures distracted me. The red is sexy, but I'll have to consider the red Tokyo60 I've already got.

So is the switch plate what's in the middle causing the accented color?

If I wanted a custom color, could I ask for a raw plate so that I could take this somewhere to have it done in a color of my choosing?

Yes.

You can get an anodized plate and get the anodization stripped before anodizing again in a new color, it's preferable to produce/ship "raw" plates as it also protects the surface. I do not know the technical details of whether stripping a neutral color like silver is better or not, but that is what I would do.
