I can't remember 100% but I think batmann used 382 for the mock ups. 375 doesn't look too bad either, if people want to look at the other color I was considering.

Well i'm going against the grain and saying I like all of them apart from CP  )
They all look pretty good where i'm sitting, aside from CP which seems to have a brownish tinge to it for me.
The 381 colourways seem to be brighter and more 'toxic' to me (again apart from CP)

Except the plastic doesn't glow and the 'glowiness' of the image on a monitor is not what you're going to get in plastic.

this is kinda how I envisioned it too. As in radioactive maybe.

But I like the 381 except for CP. 382 is a little less "bright" to me. I like the higher contrast against the GX. Then again it could be the monitor I'm on.

Same here.. I like the nasty looking CP.. It really says "toxic" to me. The 375 is way too 'green' to me...

I think the 382 used in the mockup pictures is most appropriate. It has the right balance between green and yellow while still maintaining that semi-fluorescence.

It still needs to be checked on a real Pantone, there is a risk of "overshooting" the colour if the decision is only based on the mockups

I think an ErgoDox compatibility pack should be created and sold for any set that people want, but this thread and group buy is not the time or place. Concurrently may not be a bad idea though. If there is an ErgoDox authority on the subject matter that can help with precise key counts, sizes, and profiles I would be happy to help. Starting it with an interest check would be ideal.

The colors will be accurate to a Topre Lime key, or a Toxic Click Clack (unlikely, due to the rarity of Click Clacks).

I will keep it open until the last person pays a day or two before I send the order to Signature Plastics. The time required for the color choice will probably push money collection closer to the end of February.

Since no one has offered to loan a Toxic CC for the color match I'm thinking of going with Pantone 382 for the color. It has a nice yellowy green toxic appearance, but could look different on peoples monitors. Go to this link and enter 382 to see what it looks like. If there is much of a difference in the choices that come up, which one do you prefer?

The spacebars it already comes with should be universal. The extra spacebar option is because they are one of the first keys to get shine so people like to have extras.

I've just checked my Pantone guides and 382 is nice. You might also want to check 389, little bit more punch to it. Obviously monitors and calibration are going to different, so if it helps, I can send you the guide pages if you want.

The actual ink formula is the same for all of them, uncoated paper simply absorbs the ink differently to coated paper which keeps the ink on top...coated is the glossy representation of that specific colour. So I would guess for the purposes of colouring plastics, we should be looking at C(oated) products only.

I took a close look at 382C and 389C.  389 does look a lot more "toxic" to me..
On the other hand, in the long run I think I might like 382 more for actual day-to-day use.  389 might be a bit visually offensive after a while.
