I think I've updated all orders, and sent/replied to all concerning PMs. If you slipped through the cracks just send me a PM.

Also GOOD NEWS EVERYONE! the color sample has arrived at signature plastics and I should have examples early next week. I paid the first couple of legends fees so we should also get to see what the beaker and bubbles 1x keys will look like.

YES, illustrations are fine, but you need to actually SEE them on the key in their designated colours so that you get a clear understanding of what you're buying.

There's been a lot of instances when the illustrations were great but the colours and SP's execution of them was less than perfect. Hence you need to go back and forth with Melissa in sorting out their mistakes.

If you think that SP will not muck up an order, then you must of just joined here with Geekhack or downed some really good reefer.

My point was you quoted the post where he said he didn't have them yet to ask to see them. A) he can't do that yet, B) there's no way he won't show us when he can.

Looks too much like lime green to me. I like the yellowish green in the OP much better.

it seems like it could vary significantly depending on light. Dan, I'm assuming thats an SP provided picture? if not, could you take another in brighter light?

(I agree with john, could be more yellow.)

I should have them tomorrow or Friday and will take pictures in day light if the weather is good. The beaker may need a slight alignment fix as well.

Have to reiterate that. Bloody BRILLIANT.

I also love that Green. So Far there's never been any releases yet using that colour tone. The Beaker is slightly off center but it's not annoying enough to kill the whole project.

Just make sure all the Letters and Numbers are aligned correctly. SP has the habit of making quite basic mistakes when it comes to arranging TEXT and Numbers.

The beaker, to the left a bit, up a tiny bit, and turned clockwise slightly to be parallel with the bottom of the cap.

Just my thoughts.

I think that's an optical illusion from caused by the curve of the keycap. just my $.02 though.

great job on the color selection, the colors really pop even in low light, contrast to the GX looks good as well

i think you have managed to get a color that looks green when it is near a yellow and look yellow when it is near a green.

just my opinion

attached photos (galaxy s2 - sorry) are against SP's YY and VAT color chips.

Yeah ... I'd prefer a more yellowish color as well ... hmm ... maybe it takes a couple of days to "hit" me and I will like this color after all

You do realize that, even if the Cherry font project were ready to go forward with SP, there is still the very time consuming process of prototyping EVERY new legend that hasn't already been done before, and getting any and all mistakes corrected, more prototypes made, etc. I could see this GB dragging on for most of a year while the issues get resolved.

Why does everyone hate the WYSE font? I think it looks good. And for me, if there is a Cherry font on my keycap, it should be on thick ABS from Cherry Corp/GMK.

I don't see gmk filling in the various GB needs by a long shot, so the better font would still be a huge win.

The wyse font is ok, but the cherry one is just so much better - for toxic in particular it would mean a more balanced look due to more continuous grellow surface on the GX-grey keys.

Has the Cherry Legend project even been moving? I haven't seen any activity on that in awhile.

Personally I wish we had the Korean legends used on graphite and blue etc. Those look so nice.
