Where to get IBM Model M RGB modifiers

Are these vintage or reproductions? Are they readily available for sale?
Please consider carefully before you decide to comment, for Jesus.

Not sure if IBM ever had RGB modifiers but Unicomp makes these today. http://pckeyboard.com/page/Buttons/PRGB

They have been available for purchase from the unicomp website for some time now. I haven't looked recently but it should still be there. I would link but I'm on my phone.

Don't forget a Red Escape key, too.  Just go to 'Single Unit Key - Buckling Spring - printed', and type 'Esc' as the characters (without the apostrophes).
Freebird WKL (Blacks Clear-Tops), iKBC F-104 (Blacks) and more!

If you want, Unicomp offers 1x1 keycaps in all colors. Not just the escape.

The only trick there is to it, is that their shipping is expensive. So don't buy 1 keycap. It'll cost you $9+1.30. Decide what you want, along with your friends, and make all purchases in one shot.

Another trick is to dye your keycaps. I have plenty of success with them and will never buy colored keycaps ever again.

In fact I strongly advise you to dye your own keycaps. Their price for RGB is ridiculous. I think I spent less than that for half a dozen packets of dye.
Most of the modding can be done on your own once you break through the psychological barriers.

I look at post #14 in this thread as the primary reference. Somebody should make this thread sticky.

"The Trump campaign announced in a letter that Republican candidates and committees are now expected to pay “a minimum of 5% of all fundraising solicitations to Trump National Committee JFC” for using his “name, image, and likeness in fundraising solicitations.”
“Any split that is higher than 5%,” the letter states, “will be seen favorably by the RNC and President Trump's campaign and is routinely reported to the highest levels of leadership within both organizations.”"

As a general word here, if you're in countries without RIT dye (like mine), dylon works slightly differently.

I don't have my notes (they're somewhere I hope), but I wasn't able to properly reproduce certain colors. Green, yellow and beige/ sand was easy, but bright red and bright orange I got nowhere. Purple also no luck.

There's a kind of alternate rgb kit from unicomp (shift is red) in iso. But its unprinted... Dont know if that helps.
