I'm using this. For a little extra (~twice the money :o) you can get some fancy colors. These are basically stock Poker 2 cases. Very good for the money.

yep I was looking at those too, will probably get a white one.. or three..  :p

[GB UPDATE]
You all should receive trakcking number from Japan Post now. Their email's domain part is ems-post.jp and its content includes Japanese text so it often are filtered as a junk mail.
Check your junk mail folder before contacting me. Let me know if you still don't have a tracking number.

You can trace your packet with tracking page of Japan Post or your country's postal service like USPS.
https://trackings.post.japanpost.jp/services/srv/search/input?locale=en

Yup, it was probably quick because I'm on the West Coast.  From Tokyo, it was just a hop across the pond to Los Angeles, and then a bit north to where I am.

Not really, I'm afraid.  :(

My last three updates were:
  • Dispatch from outward office of exchange
  • Arrival at inward office of exchange
  • Final delivery
And that was it.  Also, I did not think of doing this until today, but I could have tracked the package through USPS, which seems to have given more frequent updates.

Hasu, I am using the alps64 hex generator website:

http://www.tmk-kbd.com/tmk_keyboard/editor/alps64/index.html

I cannot get left or right alt keys to work on any layers or keys.  I have tested the all the switches for various other commands, and they seem to work fine.  I even mapped L7 to a key and alt to that same key, but that didn't work. Need my alt + tab T_T

You should xpost that here.  You might get a better response.

Alright, upon testing:

1. The device is recognized as an HID keyboard.
2. no LED flashes.
3. bridging with a tweezer between traces as stated in the OP does nothing.

edit: now showing up at atmega chip going to try flashing
http://puu.sh/pc9UT/192a08e174.png

edit 2: board flashed, tested top row + more and its working time to get soldering. :)

When you say all components, does that include stabilizers/plates? I'm having a tough time finding a source for stabs, and there's an IC for the plates going on right now.

You can order stabs straight from matias.

Hm, I think Matias stabilizers are more or less identical to old Alps ones so those ought to work just fine.

The Matias stabs are pretty close to the old ones.  They use the same type of clips and such.  However, do note that some users (including myself) have reported that the Matias wires are odd lengths, so you may need to re-bend some of them.  After doing that, they work great.

The Matias stabs are close, but not perfect. I had to do some finagling on the Rshift wire on my AT101W plate alps64. Also, note that alps-style stab inserts (for inserting into the keycap) are a bit larger than the original. When I installed the inserts in my Tai Hao keycaps, they were a teensy bit too large. Using original keycap inserts is better, but a quick hack at the Matias' corners with an xacto makes them fit just fine.
The Alps cover 65% of Switzerland's surface area (41,285 km²), making it one of the most alpine countries. Despite the fact that Switzerland covers only 14% of the Alps total area (192,753 km²),[2][3] many alpine four-thousanders (48 of 82) are located in the Swiss Alps and practically all of the remaining few are within 20 km of the country's border.

So I have been using my alps64 religiously since I received it from Bluenalgene's GB, but it will not wake my pc from sleep. My mouse and numpad will, but my alps64 will not and it is frustrating  :(
Does anybody know what might be causing this? I have it allowed to wake the pc in windows 10 settings.

As an added note, how do I enable N-Key rollover?

I use mine in Mac OS X. It wakes up my computer just fine. And for your N-Key rollover question--what are you looking to do that for? It sometimes causes chatter... if you want to try it, just set it in the TMK config.
