I was originally going to go with a Lustro, but decided underside lighting just wasn't important to me and switched over the this instead - as such, I am planning on using a GH60 for my build.

B.Face can be bought from winkeyless.kr - compared to the FaceW, it offers underside RGB lighting; other features seem to be comparable between the two.

I got mine through LeandreN R3 but you can get them through winkeyless directly.

I don't have a face.w to compare but the b.face was really easy to set up.

Fair enough. I was just wondering because I saw it mentioned in the Lustro thread as well - for what it's worth, FoggyFlute (design/engineering for these projects) had this to say about acrylic and Weaven:

I will need to test the 1.5mm acrylic to see if it sturdy enough first, it really easy to crack and we also have to press the pcb down to the back plate with the anti-slip mat in between, that's how it was designed. Maybe an acrylic plate under skeletonized carbon/steel frame or cut out for led diffuse. I will working on that.

In fact, Weaven is more compact and easy to carry I think. Lustro could be a desktop keyboard like a piece of art.
An acrylic back of Weaven will make it awesome. After all, this is the point of modular design - diversity. So everyone can buy the module they like and make their perfect keyboard. I am totally sold to this idea and design.

An acrylic bottom plate was also what I had in mind when I first saw the weaven. Just picturing the concept of that awesome case with underglow makes it even better.

Yup, I've been keeping up with both threads. That's why I'm just hopeful it is possible. If that skeleton idea works I'll be pretty excited. I imagine that looking brilliant. Hell, if any idea works I'll be on board.

Replacement for round 1 is done, most likely will be ship before round 2 order get done, these are still our first priority right now. This is not affecting the schedule for round 2 (and Lustro) though.

I already ordered for replacement parts and according to bazh my order was supposed to be shipped after round 2 order was done, but it's almost the end of June and I haven't seen anything yet. Just wondering if something is wrong.

Apologize for the delay, all replacement parts are still waiting for anodizing. We intend to anodizing along with first 10 of the round 2, but there's a change of media blasting material (going from 180 grit to 120 grit) lead to more wait.

Is an Alps plate option available? I know there was talk of this in the past. Also, I'm guessing this will work with Hasu's Alps 64 pcb if the alps plate is an option, right?

Well unless I read it wrong that's still not confirmed. It was "in the works" for round 2, but I'm not sure if it was ever an option or not on the order form since no one has talked about it since then. At least that I'm aware of.

wkl in da house, tested and working.
Due to slide-around plates design, you gonna have bad time adjust the position of the plate before tightening the frame, if you are really anal(-retentive) and want the wkl block stay perfectly center between two 1.5x keys.

We're a little behind schedule on this since it take me 3 prototypes to get everything right.
