It has the less-seen Model F-style barcode label, which only the first few runs of the 1390120 (https://deskthority.net/wiki/IBM_Enhanced_Keyboard#1390120) and 1390131 (https://deskthority.net/wiki/IBM_Enhanced_Keyboard#1390120) had before IBM switched to plain ones.
Is it unused? If not, the cable's uncommonly clean. The only fault I could find was that the right Ctrl cap was slightly chewed. Otherwise, it's a beauty.

"It will include the new keyboard cable" - suggests that the seller has replaced the cable.

In my experience these usually came with the black coiled din cable. Cable replaced or original was lost.
