I was looking for a complete set of white keycaps using red engraving for a das kb.

I could settle for 104 white keycaps with gray/black engraving if the red engraving doesn't exist.

Don't white caps get VERY dirty? I agree they look great especially on a black keyboard, but I don't know if the extra work cleaning would be worth it?

They get dirty no different then any other keycap.  A damp cloth to wipe them clean every few months isn't something I call extra work.
