Since the cases were made for a small, specific amount of pcbs, I'm guessing that there wont be an option to buy an extra plate/pcb for this buy?

Extra pcb and plate are available.
My man  :thumb: Hoping I can get a spot for this.

  Even brass?

of course, brass plate and 3T brass weight bar are available.

I always feel that TX is not getting enough attention outside Korea, or is it because of the TX-1800 incident? I understand the feeling looking at a pile keyboards and thinking that these boards are not good enough to be delivered, yet there's nothing you can do about it. Kin-25 has definitely learnt the lesson from the TX1800. Much like the TX-CP, most of the boards are partially/already made prior to the GB. As in maybe only waiting for the PCB and plate to be made, or waiting to be anodised. He told me that he already has many TX75 in his warehouse, not sure if he is going to sell them though. I am just here to spread some love.

So the people that got screwed on the TX-1800 are just that, screwed?

I love that geekhack has a short memory, but I would certainly be wary of this.

Given I got almost nothing from the TX-1800 buy, I'll never join a kin25 related sale again.

TX-1800 in a nutshell?

Some people got stuff, others didn't, hardly any communication.
Some people got refunds, some did not.

I am so sorry about tx1800.
I had no experience of GB at that time.

if it made you unhappy, I apologized about it.

I had received $100(deposit).
against my expectation, tx1800 had some problem.
(anodizing, scratches)
so I tried to fix.
but I could not expect when it finished.

after fixing of tx1800.
I confused of many persons messages.
I could not know who is who.

then Yuktsi helped me.
He communicate with persons.
and let me know.

I sent tx1800 to someone who want to receive.
Yuksit refunded $100(deposit) to someone who not want to buy.

I heard that only one person couldn't contact.
because he ran away.

when he shall appear in the future... I will refund $100.

I understand your opinion.
You worry about something wrong.

But it has wrong info.
Do you think that I am cheater?
I didn't earn money in TX1800 GB.
All of tx1800 users know that.
It is cheap and good board.

if other producer made tx1800, the price would be more than $450.

I don't know exactly in GH.
but in Korea, TX1800 is the rarest board.

two months ago... I sold the extra tx1800.
(I have kept them for GH GB, after finishing all GB, I sold in Korean market)
they are sold out in a few minutes.
tx1800 users don't want to sell.

Trust me, I can't run away.

Because..

In my warehouse...

There are
more than 350pc of custom keyboards
more than 500sheet of pcbs
more than 200set of keycaps
more than 200set of switches
and laser lettering machine.

Where can I sell them all?
How long does it take?

at least... I have to sell them for one year.

Until Dec 2017 , You don't need to worry about it.

Two more things.

In Korea, one person bought keycaps from me, He used for a few months.
He wanted to refund, because he did not use custom keyboard any more.
so.. I refund.

In Korea, I ran a GB of keycaps. It delayed for 1 year.
Many buyers could not trust the producer of keycaps.
I promised to refund all money (more than $20000) if it would not finish in 2016)
I am preparing the money.

for me, trust is more important than money.
(Because I have to sell all in my warehouse)

Yes, it is the fact.
I didn't solve the problem of tx1800 in GH.
Yuktsi helped to solve it.

I didn't visit GH for long time.

I apologized to person who are unhappy because of me.
(when I sent tx1800, I sent better and expensive pcb, and wrote "sorry"
I think it is not enough, but I tried to do my best, when yuktsi gave the list..
I sent them ASAP.)

I think posting some kinda aology or statement in that thread would be nice :thumb:

You're basically giving all these reasons as to why people should trust you, but as you know lots of people are upset/worried about the previous disappearance.

thank you for your advice.

I can't run away...
I know someone worry about disappearance.
so I don't ran a GB.
I am trying to send the board which someone pay for it in 24hours.
(for two weeks I sent them in 24hours, it is hard to keep)

this is good for buyer and me.

As a TX1800 owner and TX-CP owner, I can tell you that Kin deserves all my trust. He answered all my questions, provided pictures of multiple colors, and ultimately he delivered.

Everyone makes mistakes. I don't understand why people in this forum aren't giving him a second chance to redeem himself. Everything that he's doing now, such as not running another GB prior to the keyboards being ready, as well as communicating with us here is all to rebuild that reputation.

Also, English isn't his first language. Give him some slack and an opportunity. If you don't want to join anything Kin related, that's fine. For sure, I would join again and again

Agreed, I have faith in Kin25, I was in the first TX-CP buy, and received emails, pics and extremely prompt delivery. I find it funny that ole Joey wasn't even involved with the TX1800, yet he still feels the need to chastise someone that he has no dealings with. Even though everything has been resolved.

Kin25 delivers. Thank you for even offering your kits to GH.

Thanks for many interested to me.

I just visit GH to help yutsi to run GB.
I thought that it is easy for me to upload pics than to send pics to yuktsi.
now I regret my decision.

Yuktsi will run GB of tx series.
I will do my best to send it ASAP.

TX-series are well made board.
all of them are designed by LZ(who is the world best designer).
all of them are used Leeku PCBs.(leeku is also...)
I am good at packing and checking.

so don't trust me, but trust tx-series.
I think that tx-series is one of the best boards in typing feeling.

thank you.

Don't go, Kin. It's been really nice to see the pics and have these interactions with you.

I'm new enough that I had no part in the TX-1800, so all I can add there is that I've made plenty of mistakes professionally. All you can do is own them, learn and move on, which is seems Kin is doing 100%. I do have a TX-CP and it's absolutely gorgeous- packaging and board. I'm salivating at the chance to jump in for the TX-75 if I'm lucky enough to see the announcement before all you other maniacs. Zero hesitation to back Kin again. And throw Yuktsi in the mix... jeez, it would seem to me a world class team. Echoing others, but I'm grateful these are around and we have the chance to bring them westward.

I definitely agree, the boards look great.

My comments were not meant to 'chastise' kin25. I think it's good that he's back, and all the tx boards look nice and have heard lots of good things about them. Sounds with yuktsi 'on the team', things will be smoother for kin25 and people joining the GB.

I will go into this buy without worry. The fact that kin25 is here and defending himself is proof enough for me. It must be hard managing these business deals in a foreign language. Making that effort and getting back these kind of responses in an unrelated thread must be discouraging. I have little insight in the TX 1800 buy, but the cases that I have seen that were delivered are really awesome.

It's just caveat emptor as always.

I'm very excited for this TX-75!

There is also plenty of evidence to show that Kin has refunded those that didn't get their board. Look at both sides of the coin and ultimately it is up to individuals whether to decide to join or not. We all know the risks for any Gb.

I think that..
1. Collecting money $$$
2. Producting
3. Delivering

GB starter sometimes spend money individually.
Even it is money for Producting.
Not his money.
It is hard for person to control.

Money always makes trouble.
Spend all money for buying keyboards.
It is the only solution.

If anyone here still worry about joinning kin25's GB,You will regret for that.
Me and my friends have helped proxy more than 10 boards from him,for my GHer's friends and in my community.I  have a TX-CP from him.One of my best friend received her TX-1800 from the GB also
All boards got delivered only after 4-5 days án his packing is really amazing.
I would love to recommend his assemble service .He assembled my CP with vintage brown and I can say It's equal or better than GON .
Just my 2 cents.
Welcome back and Good luck with your GBs kin :D

Here we go again with ****posting about TX1800. If you want to be salty about TX1800, go bump that thread, so kin25 may notice about it. Don't go here, it will sour the hype. Kin25 realized that he made a mistake on that GB, which is why he want to rectify it by offering refunds, or remake them at his own cost.

Exactly this. Kin25 is human and people make mistakes. He is clearly making an effort to try to regain people's trust now. Give him the benefit of the doubt for now and take your issues over to the TX1800 thread.

After those pics I'm even more hyped to make this my third TX board. My wallet is the only thing standing in my way.

If I get another one, would be my 5th :)

all the anodize is super high quality..

To tell the true...
This time anodizing... (Tx.cp and Tx.75)
is the worst in tx-series.
Tx.87, Tx.pad and Tx.1800 were better in anodizing.

I have used this grey (which I called blue-grey) from tx1800.
It is lighter than other grey.
Someone said.. This grey is like paper money of USD.
