As with everything in the EU, you have to pay VAT (21%). They didn't inflate anything.

100 USD = 89.27 EUR

89.27 EUR + 21% = 108 EUR

I for one will be getting the base set and am happy with the kit and pricing structure. It reflects current community needs as well as striking a balance of low cost to entry to allow newcomers into this hobby.

With all the discussions around having to pay additional for child kits, or this key or that key not being in the base set. The reality is that you can never ever please everyone. If you are, you are kidding yourself. All you can do is follow the 80/20 rule and aim to please the majority of people. Supply and demand dictates why the base kit is set the way it is.

There always r/mm and other places to trade, buy, sell that specific key you are after if the idea of buying a child kit for a specific key doesn't sit well with someone.

I few month ago I thought people buying 200€ worth of keycaps are crazy and there is no real reason why a keyset should cost that much... It’s just injection molded plastic...
well, now, here I am.

Bought Base - North - Alternate and two Deskmats.
I can’t wait for next year. This set looks so great.

I get it's because of MOQ pricing that causes this, still just a fun observation.

Hello! First time poster and purchaser, and could use some advice. I'm looking to pick up this set for a DZ60RGB with Tofu 60% build, and I'm interested in the Mist set. Will that set have everything I need in terms of appropriate ctrl, alt, shift, delete, and arrows rows and sizes? Or...do I need to add any additional sets? This is the layout I am looking for:

Looks to all be there to me! The key to the right of the up arrow may have a different legend from your diagram, but size wise everything is there from what I can tell.

In the Aesthetic add-on what are the exact sizes for the spacebars, want to make sure there's a 6.25u in blue before I order, looks like it but can't hurt to double check, thanks!

Same! Just a week ago I was saying to my wife how I don't get why people buy multiple keyboards, they are just a tool for typing!

Here I am buying a keycap set I'm planning to build for my third keyboard. And I know I am just starting to venture down this rabbit hole.
