Can't believe both my daily driver boards ergodox and kinesis advantage has met with their demise at the same time. Especially the Kinesis which has been serving me for 2 years, today Windows came up with unrecognizable USB warning message. I've tested this with 2 Windows computers both could not recognize my trusty Advantage. The circuit board seems to work fine, the keypad led responds with a press being a tell tale sign. Now I'm back with my pure and Poker II, luckily I haven't sold them. What do you think cause this?

Solution:
Seems to be some loosen up internal connection. Simply opening the board up and squeeze some connectors together seems to fix the issue, at least so far.
