I am very interested too, but do you accept overseas order?
No worries.  If, for some reason, clickclack can't ship overseas...I'm sure other GH members can order for you and then send.  :)

You got it! But did you happen to have any particular one(s) in mind? It helps me judge interest and demand. Thanks for the interest =)

Haha, well, everything in the first post on this topic looks awesome!
These two in particular jump at me;
Red skull function keys
Purple skell key

I'd love to use those as function keys or as the Esc on my HHKBPro2 or a Cherry MX board. Either would be rockin'!

I saw you mention double shot black/white M keys in another thread. I'd buy a set of those! I imagine that anyone with an M13 would be interested.

I am currently having consistency issues with doing double molded legends. I am working on it but I can't make it a huge focus right now. However in tests I can do much larger legends and other designs in the double molded form =D

EDIT:
I finally found that darn Blue/purple metallic prototype I talked about earlier (updated in 2nd post). I will call it "cobalt steel metallic" for the time being. It changes depending on the viewing angle!!!!! Enjoy! =D

I'm a little lost among all of these awesome keys. Do some of those fit an IBM Model M?  Maybe I should ask...which ones? I'd like 4 skulls for the arrow keys and 4 more for the W A S D keys and the ESC key. But, which ones would I want? They are all quite nice. Maybe a red ESC key plus the rest of them as black/silver skulls. Could you make packages of sets like that?
Sorry for all of the silly questions.

Your questions are not silly.  Obviously, you need to wait ClickClack's response.

This is how I understand it to be:  As long as it is an existing mold, then I don't think set size is an issue (although it might affect the cost to you and time it takes to make).  From there as long as you're loaded($$$), patient, logical and Click Clack doesn't object, then you can pretty much get whatever your key cap obsessed self imagines.

I'm sure it is somewhere in this thread, but ClickClack is one person and it isn't like this is all automated.  Just like any artisan can only take on so many commission/custom projects at a time, at some point I suspect ClickClack is going to tell us he's booked up for the year, until he hires minions.

And we have a winner in the compliment of the day category!
Thanks for the kind words I really appreciate it =)

to audioave10-
For the most part any key you have seen of mine is intended for Cherry, BS, Topre, and ALPS even if the example prototype or test does not show it. Thanks for mentioning what you are interested in as that always helps to further define my focus, direction, and priortity.
As far as packaged sets go, I have ideas but it's too early to pursue it.
None of the questions were silly, I may not have the most helpful answers at times but please never hesitate to ask =)

to washuai-
Thanks for the thoughful response.
You are pretty much spot on in your assesment.
The equipment and process I have is very versatile and is becoming more so as I find innovative ways to adapt it, and creative ways to exploit it. Testing the pieces and finding solutions to consitency issues eats up most of my time, as well as modding equipment and processes for higher yeild. I can do low volume commissions very quickly but they are expensive. Slightly higher volumes are much less expensive but take a long time to design and implement.
hmmm... "minions".... haahaa =P
Thanks for all the interest guys, I really appreciate it, it keeps me motivated.

These keys are very interesting (more interesting every day, especially with the wacky colours you came up with). You could experiment with some glow in the dark plastics, that seems up your alley.

Hey, if they created glow in the dark pigs, I'm sure glow in the dark key caps would be easier:

OINK OINK.

What's interesting about those pigs is that their internal organs contain that pigment as well (they took it from some jellyfish or something).

Those look fantastic! I wouldn't mind a few keycaps like that :) Perhaps in different colors like red, orange, green, etc and even without the skull on it. And just Esc/Fn keys or whatever with a skull or some other symbol.

These are really sweet. The splats especially, they look awesome.

I'm not knee deep in my keyboard obsession enough to promise a big huge order like everyone else, but these are pretty amazing and if you ever open them up I'd be happy to get my hands on one as well. Either way, I had to post and say how freaking sweet they are, because they are.

Howdy, All!
Just thought I'd creep out of the woodwork to brag about my super SWEET 'n totally awesome custom keycaps, made freshly and expressly for me by Mr. "Clickclack"!!! Okay, these were some months ago and I don't exactly take great pics (I can just about manage my cell phone's camera function...) but maybe the master keysmith himself will post a few. I'll build the suspense and not say what they are until he does, as motivation ;) I was surprised at the quality and found them so lovingly handcrafted - the color is rich, the detail is great, and they don't look awkward!
In addition to these commissioned keys, I had also gotten a couple of the earliest prototype "skull" keys. Nothing short of amazing! I'm waiting very patiently to get my greedy little hands on the gunmental skulls and the white ones with red eyes (actually, I want a whole board of those!!!).
Also, I don't see any reason why this entire forum isn't getting together a petition for pink unicorn keycaps. Metallic. And strawberry-scented. You heard it here first, folks!
In short, I just wanted to thank "Clickclack" and let everyone know how awesome his work is. SELL SOME STUFF, GOSH DARN YOU!

P.S. I get a free key if I say "Clickclack knows how to please me!" =D

I think I have a couple extras I kept for reference in solid color and dual molded that I can post some pics of when I swing by the studio.

By the way, you were the FIRST one to get the original keys! So thank you for being interested enough in them to help push me to expand this new endevour.

I had another thought:
The keys on the Kinesis Contour keyboard have many (12) different angles/shapes/sizes. Had you considered making key tops to be glued onto existing keys?

Count me in for the aluminium and cobalt caps for cherries. Very good work, keep at it and I really think you've got something.

Thanks for the interest and compliment! =)

Thank you =)
I have made a number of just cap skins similar to the top half of the model M two piece keys. The problem is that they are siginificantly more difficult to make with variations. The tolerances are also very tight when I just do the tops so it mostly negats the potential versatility. Since widths and angles differ for each row and such I would have to make the key tops (ironically) almost the same way I would have to make the regular whole keys. But truth be told I am not that familiar with the kinesis keyboard. Looks like a great keyboard though =)

If you ever decided to do something with/for the Kinesis Contour, I could send you the key set (there are 12 different sizes of keys). It seems to me that it may be a poor use of your time. The million dollar island idea is much better!

Have you considered making keys representing the Emoji emoticon symbols from the Unicode 6.0 Draft (PDF)?

They look fantastic and would go great on my number row!
Here's a small sample from the linked PDF above;

I do like the "Skulls" theme however. You want ClickClack to put guns on the keycaps?

Ask?
Haahaa =P
Seriously though I need to go grab a few of the geekhack prototypes from the other studio when I get the chance. They are really early prototypes though so I am nervous about showing them.

Indeed I have, but I only made a few test prototypes.
Thanks for the link, I can use it for a reference as I move along.

Many LoLz!
Classic!

I thought I already posted this but apparently I fell asleep before sending it the other day. I have been getting my butt kicked at work recently but that job is ending this week so I will have a little bit more free time to work on these keys and similar =) =) =)

CRAP!!!

I forgot to mention all the cool stuff!!!!

1) found a really, really neato keyboard at work the other day (I think it's cool) and will probably post my misadventures with discovering it in a new thread.

2) I finally remembered to grab a few of the "Splat Legend" keys left over from a recent commission so I can post those soon.

3) I have a really, really wicked prototype to show and I think I will call it the BAD ASS key.
or perhaps the One Up key.

-How big is the bag?-

I think 11 keys would be all I'd need to dress out this Cherry G80 nicely.
4 alike for the WASD keys, and 4 alike for the arrow keys and maybe 3 alike, and wild if you want, for F1, F5, and F9. I have the GeekHack for ESC. If you
are interested shoot me a PM and a secret price that includes a reward for your labor. Can you not refuse yet?
If I was still young and had a Harem, I could offer you more...ha!

I know I mentioned to you in PM what I am interested in (I can remind you, if you want).  Something like that geekhack-branded would be sick.  If you ever get to the point that you can do something like that...and can quote some rough pricing, let me know!!
