Hey all,
While I can't quite believe that it's already been another two weeks and its time to post a review, I can honestly say I've not been this excited to get the word out about some switches in quite a long time. This week, I review the recently released and barely discussed Alpaca V2s. Trust me when I say that these new mold changes definitely surprised me, and I'm sure they will surprise you as well. Take a look at the new Alpaca V2 switches from the links below:

Nice review.
I've been reading your blog quite a bit these days, I really appreciate the depth you go into. :thumb:
You gave the V2 Alpacas a pretty high rating, makes me wanna try them

Thanks for the review. Can I ask, which has a deeper/“thockier” sound - alpaca v2 or cherry MX blacks (eg hyperglides)?

MX Blacks 100%. Alpaca V2s are the smoothest switches I've ever felt but they can never sound as good as good ol' vint/retooled blacks

I have a pile of these which I keep stalling on putting in a board because i need to find the “RIGHT” board.

there will never be the right board
You just buy more switches and multiple boards and go broke
