I have recently discovered Thai food.. it's the best!
Get yourself a persil and mortar and start grinding those curry pastes.
10/10 never regret, never forget. DELICIOUS
Panang curry is best.. And it can be completely vegan and gluten free. Coz coconot milk! And rice!
iLLucionist has been eating curry 24/7 for the last month almost.. And pad thai.

Coconut milk... coconut oil... Panang curry is literally described as "thai gravy"...
Perhaps its the GOOD fats?

Well, according to the books and papers I've been reading. there's no such thing as GOOD-fats..
There's only 1 rule, 10% of total calories maximum..
I like curry ramen.. oh man.. if only i didn't go vegan.. sigh..............................
it's just not the same without the beef sirloin..

Fat, even the saturated kind, is good. In reality, reasons why it’s so hard for Americans to stay fit is because of the excess sugar and the lack of those “vindicated” fat in their daily consumption
