the alphas... they looked like from graphite set...

It's all from a graphite set, not just the alphas. I think it's my favorite SP set, and that's saying something, because generally, I don't like DSC SP cap sets

Added some leds to my Poker II over the weekends.

With the ducky keycaps.

End product.

Took me sometime to desolder the solder of the pcb. very tedious job indeed.  :(
But it's worth it. :D loving my poker II

Holy mother of sweet jebus. That looks cool. But i thought you could just click in the LED in the Poker 2?

why ty. :D you will need to desolder them first as the gaps are pre-soldered on. not sure why though.
tedious job.  :(

They probably wave soldered the board, which solders everything at once.

I still got a few bucks on my WASD giftcard and figured I'd spend the rest of it on some Esc/WASD keycaps, but I can't really decide.
Here are some mocks of what I might be getting. Which do you guys thinks looks better?

1:   2:

3:   4:

The light blues are all suppose to be the same color btw. I was too lazy to make them match up perfectly.

I think the blue works really well with that board. I wouldn't use the red from WASD as it is a bit too orange-ish imo.

im not a fan of the thickness and texture of WASD caps, they feel cheap and slippery and their red is more of an orange color.

however, that looks cool as hell and looks worth it.

Use red esc and WASD so it will look like it's breathing fire.

Potato Pic of my Poker 2 now in a gunmetal case.  It really gives the keyboard a TOTALLY different feel.  Since it is so heavy and solid you don't get any "hollow pingyness" if that makes any sense.

The case is the IMSTO case from a while ago

The esc key is the new TechKeys Molar Key ( http://techkeys.us/collections/artisan/products/molar-key )  It is a metal casted key coated in white paint.

Nope the second one is definitely not DSA. It's the regular DCS profile if I'm not wrong.

Edit: Should mention that the first set isn't DSA either.

He used a custom plate as you can see here: http://geekhack.org/index.php?topic=44778.0
The FN key is covered by the plate and not connected.

my poker survived the surgery of de-soldering/soldering for transfer into alixinhzai poker case, I havent seen many people share this case. i was a little worried about the PCB because this is the 4th time it has been completely de-soldered.

http://www.flickr.com/photos/panicfx/sets/72157634889482445/

Notable is that i faced the LEDS upside down so that they shine through the clear acrylic

also because the bottom part's glue was applied like crap and that the aesthetics were messed up because of it

Nice - those Ducky keycaps look better than I've seen them looking before.
"Because keyboards are accessories to PC makers, they focus on minimizing the manufacturing costs. But that’s incorrect. It’s in HHKB’s slogan, but when America’s cowboys were in the middle of a trip and their horse died, they would leave the horse there. But even if they were in the middle of a desert, they would take their saddle with them. The horse was a consumable good, but the saddle was an interface that their bodies had gotten used to. In the same vein, PCs are consumable goods, while keyboards are important interfaces." - Eiiti Wada
