Title: Where can I find an ISO CM Quickfire Rapid?
Post by: vorn on Wed, 14 August 2013, 08:31:08
Okay, I have friends all over the world so international shipping isn't an issue.

I'm not fussy about switch type, though BROWNS would be preferable.

I've searched on Amazon .com .co.uk .de ... I've tried eBay though they might be filtering my results based on my region (South Africa)

Can someone please point me in the right direction :(

Scan in the UK sell them, don't know how viable that is for shipping for you though http://www.scan.co.uk/products/cooler-master-cm-storm-quickfire-rapid-mechanical-cherry-brown-mx-gaming-keyboard

Also it could be worth searching for the code associated with the board you want (e.g. SGK-4000-GKCM1-UK for the one I linked you to). It shows an ANSI board in the picture but they are actually ISO (I've bought a few QFRs from them and they've all been ISO).

Thanks :) I'll definitely check them out!!

I've got a healthy distrust for product codes! For some reason CM keyboards in South Africa are mostly ANSI, and when I found one listed with a "UK" product code I contacted the supplier to confirm it was ISO. He told me it was ANSI and then preceaded to tell me that most suppliers only stock ANSI to avoid tech-support calls because customers get confused when they see "£" instead of "#" on the "3" key. hahahaha.. I have no idea if that's true, but it's a very weak excuse!
