Title: Soarer Wyse Converter Troubleshooting
Post by: BrooklynTony198 on Tue, 17 August 2021, 00:19:27
I own a Wyse PCE 840358-13 keyboard. I just finished restoring it, and have made a converter according to Soarer's instructions. (Which can be found here: https://geekhack.org/index.php?topic=52597.0 (https://geekhack.org/index.php?topic=52597.0)) However, when I plug my board in, all it does is turn on the lock lights:

In my mind, this obviously means I hooked up the power correctly. However, using HID Listen shows the converter isn't giving any codes at all. Which means my converter isn't even detecting anything is there.

I have my converter wired up as so:

Any ideas why its not working?

I can't help but have moved the thread to MST! so hopefully someone who can will see it.  A clear pic or written list of which colour wire goes to which pin on the Pro Micro(?) would be good :)
