Ah, okay. They still look good; the thick walls are  :thumb:.

I personally prefer Cherry profile, but the DSA blank looks really good with the Regina. The OEM one looks overpowering compared to the Regina.
Also, BS cap covers!  ;D

The BS covers are neat :D

Guess I don't have a Cherry cap, so I'll just have to keep on keeping on with DSA.

More Mod Madness

Oh and since I kept misspelling snackey as snakey when I was posting WTB in slack I decided to make a snakey.

Still need tons of work, but I'm happy with it for a first pass.

Looks like youve thickened the walls of the mods a little.

Is that the case?

Let us(me) know if you need product testers! haha

I have spent a considerable amount of time thickening the sidewalls of my mods, and building up molds for that. I'm glad you noticed. I have a few testers locally, but if I need any more I'll post here :)

So I got a new batch of resin last night, it cures a little faster and is actually opaque. Finally get to use them tints I bought.. Also may or may not have picked up some fluorescent colors as well. Still figuring out new ratios.

And I keep a mold around just to put extra colors in, this is what worked out this batch.

And of course another small batch of mods.

I absolutely love these and the dark blue colour of those whales is perfect for my board...keen for an opportunity to buy these!

And more mold troubles. The first two molds that I made turned out just fine, and now that I'm trying to build a 2 blank mold, I'm having issues with the stems. 3rd try was not the charm :( Time to pickup some pipettes if I can find them locally.

Really thought I had it last night, used a small pick to try and get everything out of the stem.. Maybe 4th try.

trans purple artisan caps got me feeling some type of way  ;)

Will you please give me a list of all the things that you use to cast/make caps? I'm thinking about making my own soon and I don't know entirely what molding supplies I need to buy! Thanks!

Nothing terribly exciting to show, except I'm super happy with the color matching. I cast these two caps on two different days.

I don't measure in ml for the sizes that I'm doing, I use a scale and measure weight.
