Hi Strong Fingers,
do you want to feel it? Or do you like to have the smoothness of linear plus just the sound (click) at actuation without feeling it?
I had a program I downloaded before for linux that simulates the sounds of your keyboard but i can't find it. I'll try to find it. It kinda works like a keylogger but.i wan real sound :-X don't ilussions again like mrinteface
I want Matias to add a click to his quiet switch cos it's a better switch supposedly to his clicky switch.
What happened strong finger? I'm getting milky switch is that strong enough for your club?

You won't get a linear switch with a click.
You won't get a linear switch with a click.
^^ This.
The clicky switches need the bump on the slider. Software click is the only way with linear switches: https://www.grc.com/freeware/clickey.htm
May-be...they could make an o-ring that clicks :cool:what means SOOOL?
Or a clicky-landing pad.
Otherwise yasuo, you might be SOOL, sorry :(

That isn't possible lol the click adds tactility. Notice how blues or greens are more tactile than clears or browns. The best you'll get it lubing blues or greens, but some people don't think that feels nice.

Thats a million dollar idea
at least clicky, from touch grey and purple stems :-XDone Mx Purple Linear ClickyShow Image(http://i.imgur.com/yQo41hm.gif)Show Image(http://i.imgur.com/p9nAb9q.png)
That will just act like a linear. No "click" since the white part will just move down with the slider (no bump to resist the leaf force and keep it in place).

Its techincally a linear switch. The click is from the printing part
Then your best bet to get this is to buy a typewriter, since you won't find a clicky linear switch anytime soon.that's I mean :Dif so,only old typewriter have linear clicky :'(

Not sure how I found this thread as I hardly browse the forums...but whatever I'll bite.
Gotta try a bit harder than just looking at Cherry.
Tbh, the easiest solution is to tack on a clicker speaker or solenoid. But I do agree that's cheating.
The easiest to find would be one of these.Show Image(https://lh4.googleusercontent.com/-_H6RXR_edrI/UE4Zr_I-0hI/AAAAAAAAMPA/6jfxI72Bvo0/w726-h545-no/2012-09-07+18.56.16.jpg)Show Image(https://lh4.googleusercontent.com/-GHMZ-6dUa24/UE4Ym2ikqEI/AAAAAAAAH1s/ugZb6td4n3A/w726-h545-no/2012-09-07+18.10.16.jpg)

It uses Clicky Fujitsu Leaf Spring. The tactility is masked through the leaf spring so there is *almost* not tactility. Has to be a 46010, the other model numbers are domes AFAIK.
A recent discovery. CC Mouse Trap switches.
