Where do I put the promo code in? i can only see Gift Certificate Number   Claim Code...? any ideas?

It should be at checkout and it'll only apply if its a new account without any purchases.

It appears after you enter your paypal and stuff, it will redirect you back to rakuten to confirm your purchase. Then you can enter it(yeah its dumb)
